Terms and Conditions
Legal Entity
These Terms & Conditions are issued by SIFA Geolabs Private Limited (GSTIN: 37HMTPM4959N1ZO), the legal entity operating the LandVera platform and services. All references to "we", "us", or "our" refer to SIFA Geolabs Private Limited.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the LandVera mobile application or website (operated by SIFA Geolabs Private Limited), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Non-Government Status & Data Sources
LandVera is an independent platform operated by SIFA Geolabs Private Limited. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government entity, including APCRDA or state IGRS departments. Always verify details with official government sources before making property decisions.
4. Marketplace Transactions
We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers only. When you submit an inquiry, your contact details are shared with the seller. All property transactions, legal verification, and registration are your responsibility.
6. Privacy and Data
When you submit a marketplace inquiry, your contact details are shared with the plot seller. You can export or delete your account and data from Profile → Privacy & Data (web) or Privacy Settings (app). Refer to our Privacy Policy for DPDP rights and grievance contact details.
9. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
LandVera Premium and other paid services are offered by SIFA Geolabs Private Limited on a subscription or one-time payment basis: • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, and UPI Autopay for recurring subscriptions) • Mobile app subscriptions on iOS and Android are completed on landvera.app/premium; your plan syncs to your LandVera account after payment • Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable GST (18%) where required; GST invoices are issued to your registered email • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date • Failed payments may result in suspension of premium access until payment is resolved By completing a purchase, you agree to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact support@landvera.app or our Grievance Officer at grievance@landvera.app before initiating legal proceedings. We aim for good-faith resolution within 15 business days.
