These Terms & Conditions are issued by SIFA Geolabs (GSTIN: 37HMTPM4959N1ZO), the legal entity operating the LandVera platform and services. All references to "we", "us", or "our" refer to SIFA Geolabs.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the LandVera mobile application or website (operated by SIFA Geolabs), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
1. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of LandVera per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: • Modify or copy the materials • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the application • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
2. Plot Information Accuracy
The plot information displayed in this application is sourced from APCRDA (Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority) databases and other public records. While we strive for accuracy: • Plot boundaries and details are indicative and for reference purposes only • Users must verify plot information with official CRDA / government documents • The application is not a substitute for official land records or legal due diligence • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on app data alone
3. User Responsibilities
When using this application, you agree to: • Provide accurate information when creating listings or inquiries • Not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation • Verify land ownership and rights before listing plots for sale • Respect privacy of other users • Use the app in compliance with applicable laws • Not spam or send unsolicited communications through the platform
4. Marketplace Transactions
For buy/sell plot features: • We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers only • All transactions are between users directly • We do not guarantee the validity, legality, or quality of any listings • Users must conduct independent due diligence and legal verification before any property transaction • We are not responsible for the outcome of any deals or disputes • Legal documentation, registration, and payments must be handled independently by the parties
5. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us: • We collect minimal necessary information for app functionality • Search history and preferences are stored to improve your experience • Personal information is not shared with third parties without consent • You can delete your account and data at any time • Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information
6. Disclaimers
The materials in LandVera are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
7. Limitations
In no event shall LandVera team or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials in the application, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
8. Modifications
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of LandVera after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
LandVera Premium and other paid services are offered by SIFA Geolabs on a subscription or one-time payment basis: • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (including UPI, cards, and UPI Autopay for recurring subscriptions) and/or Google Play Billing on Android • Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable GST (18%) where required; GST invoices are issued to your registered email • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date • You authorize recurring charges for the plan and billing cycle you select • Failed payments may result in suspension of premium access until payment is resolved • Promotional pricing and coupon codes are subject to stated validity and eligibility rules By completing a purchase, you agree to our Cancellation and Refund Policy and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
10. GPS Survey & Professional Services
GPS land survey bookings are professional field services arranged by SIFA Geolabs: • Survey scope, pricing, and delivery timelines are confirmed at booking • You must provide accurate site location and access information • Survey outputs (coordinates, maps, reports) are delivered digitally and are for reference; they do not replace government-sanctioned cadastral records unless explicitly certified • Rescheduling requires reasonable notice; refunds for completed field work are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of LandVera shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, India, as applicable to the service location. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact support@landvera.app to attempt good-faith resolution within 15 business days.
