LandVera is a digital service platform. Subscriptions grant immediate access to premium features. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
Legal Entity
This Cancellation and Refund Policy is issued by SIFA Geolabs (GSTIN: 37HMTPM4959N1ZO), the legal entity operating the LandVera platform. All references to "we", "us", or "our" refer to SIFA Geolabs.
1. Overview
SIFA Geolabs (operating as LandVera) offers digital subscription services (LandVera Premium) for access to premium features such as advanced search, additional marketplace tools, and ad-supported continued usage. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how to cancel services and request refunds. Because we provide immediate access to digital content upon payment, our policies differ from physical goods.
2. Subscription Billing
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. • Once a subscription period begins, you receive immediate access to the paid features. • Billing is handled securely through Razorpay (web — including UPI Autopay) and/or Google Play Billing (Android app). • GST @ 18% is applied where applicable; tax invoices are emailed after successful payment.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time: • From within the LandVera app or website (Manage Subscription screen) • For Razorpay web subscriptions: cancel before the next billing date to stop UPI Autopay / recurring charges • Via Google Play Store subscription management (for Android in-app purchases) • By emailing support@landvera.app with your registered phone number and order reference Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Premium access continues until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in an active billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds for digital subscriptions are generally not provided once the subscription period has started, because you receive immediate and full access to the service. We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following limited cases: • Accidental or unauthorized purchase (must be reported within 48 hours) • Duplicate billing due to a technical error • Situations required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@landvera.app with your order details and reason. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (subject to payment gateway timelines).
5. No Returns for Digital Services
Because LandVera provides digital access (data, maps, tools, and ad-supported usage), there is no "return" of a physical product. Once access is granted for a billing period, it cannot be "returned".
6. Google Play & Payment Gateway Policies
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's refund policies. You may request a refund directly through the Play Store within the applicable window. For subscriptions managed via our payment gateway, the policy above applies.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at https://landvera.app/cancellation-and-refund. Continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
