How is APCRDA LPS returnable plot size calculated?

Returnable residential and commercial plot sizes depend on land category (e.g. Dry, Jareebu) and the extent of land pooled under the Amaravati Land Pooling Scheme. LandVera’s free calculator applies the published entitlement ratios for each category.

Does the calculator work for all APCRDA land categories?
