Digital service delivery — no physical shipping
LandVera is a digital platform. Subscriptions, maps, and survey reports are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical products through standard checkout.
Legal Entity
This Shipping and Exchange Policy is issued by SIFA Geolabs (GSTIN: 37HMTPM4959N1ZO), the legal entity operating the LandVera platform. LandVera provides digital services only — we do not sell or ship physical goods.
1. Nature of Our Services
LandVera is a digital land technology platform. Our paid offerings include: • LandVera Premium subscriptions (web and mobile app access to premium features) • GPS land survey bookings and digital survey deliverables • Marketplace listing and inquiry tools (no physical products are sold by us) Because all services are delivered electronically, traditional shipping of physical products does not apply to our business.
2. Service Delivery (Digital Fulfillment)
Upon successful payment, services are delivered as follows: Subscriptions (LandVera Premium): • Access is activated immediately on your LandVera account after payment confirmation • Premium features unlock in the app and on landvera.app within minutes • GST invoices are emailed to your registered email address GPS Land Surveys: • Booking confirmation is sent via app notification, email, and/or WhatsApp • Field survey is scheduled based on location and availability (typically 2–7 business days) • Final survey reports, maps, and coordinates are delivered digitally via the app, email, or WhatsApp — not by courier Marketplace & Plot Tools: • All plot data, maps, and inquiry features are accessed digitally through the platform • No physical documents are shipped unless separately agreed in writing for a specific engagement
3. No Physical Shipping
SIFA Geolabs does not ship physical products. We do not use courier services, postal delivery, or warehouse fulfillment for standard LandVera services. If you require printed survey documents or certified copies, please contact support@landvera.app before booking. Any such arrangements, costs, and timelines will be confirmed separately in writing.
4. Exchange Policy
Because LandVera sells digital access and services (not physical goods), "exchange" is interpreted as plan or service adjustments: Subscription plan changes: • You may upgrade or downgrade your LandVera Premium plan through Manage Subscription (subject to plan availability) • Upgrades take effect immediately; billing is prorated or adjusted per your payment gateway terms • Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle Survey service changes: • Rescheduling a GPS survey booking is permitted with reasonable notice (at least 24 hours before the scheduled field visit) • Changes to survey scope or location may require a revised quote There is no exchange of physical merchandise. 5. Delivery Timelines
• Digital subscriptions: Instant (upon payment confirmation) • GST tax invoice: Within 24 hours via email • GPS survey field visit: As per agreed schedule (typically 2–7 business days from booking) • Survey report delivery: Within 3–5 business days after field completion, unless otherwise stated • Support responses: Within 24–48 business hours Delays caused by weather, site access restrictions, government holidays, or force majeure events will be communicated promptly.
6. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If you do not receive expected digital access or deliverables within the timelines above: • Check your registered email (including spam/junk folders) and LandVera app notifications • Verify payment status on the Payment Status page or your subscription screen • Contact support@landvera.app with your registered phone number, order ID, or transaction reference We will investigate and restore access or re-send deliverables at no additional charge if the delay was due to a technical error on our side.
7. Changes to This Policy
