Common questions
Short answers for a first visit.
Where do I find my plot code?
Look on your allotment or plot document for a code separated by hyphens (for example, 10-485-2590-39-E318). Enter all 5 or 6 parts in the same order. Use the question-mark button beside the search field to see examples.
What if I do not have a plot code?
Open the capital map to explore villages, roads and landmarks. You can also use the marketplace listings or the plot size calculator without a plot code. For an official record question, contact the appropriate authority or a qualified local professional.
Is a LandVera map result proof of title?
No. LandVera is a private research platform. A map match or pin does not prove ownership, title, approval, dimensions or current availability.
What should I verify before paying?
Compare the original allotment or ownership papers, registered documents, ownership history (encumbrance certificate), seller identity and the physical boundary. For Amaravati, also check that the original land size matches the plots on offer. For village-area plots, ask to see the government exemption order — do not rely only on the colour coding shown on maps. Use qualified legal and survey support where needed.
