Follow these steps to obtain your Encumbrance Certificate through the IGRS AP portal:
Go to the official IGRS Andhra Pradesh website at registration.ap.gov.in. The portal is accessible from desktop and mobile browsers.
Navigate to the Encumbrance Certificate (EC) section on the homepage. Click on "EC Search" or "Apply for EC" to begin the application process.
Fill in the required property information:
Pay the applicable EC fee using online payment methods (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI):
