Do I need a separate account for Layout Studio?

No. Use your existing LandVera sign-in for Layout Studio, maps, listings, services and Premium. Developer registration adds business details and verification to that same account.

Which of the four plans includes Layout Studio?

Only Developer includes Layout Studio and its 3-day CRM trial. Title is for buyers, Crown for investors and Estate for agencies; those three plans have no free trial. Developer verification is required for layout editing and plot inventory; a paid plan does not replace verification.

How does the three-day CRM trial work?

The 3-day trial is available only for the Developer plan and Layout Studio CRM, once per account. Choose Developer monthly or yearly renewal and authorise card or UPI AutoPay. The 72-hour window begins when checkout is created and access begins after mandate confirmation. Your selected Developer plan renews after the trial; cancel AutoPay before it ends to avoid renewal. Field survey and digitisation services are quoted separately.

What is layout digitisation on LandVera?

Layout digitisation turns plans into searchable plot boundaries and inventory. Live projects on LandVera Map Explorer require collected field survey points, reviewed alignment and approval documents. Private plot inventory can be managed without a field survey.

Can I find my plot if my father bought it years ago and only old papers remain?

Yes — that is a common case. Send an enquiry with whatever you remember: village, old layout name, survey hint, or family details. LandVera can help locate the plot on map or digitise the entire layout so Block and Plot numbers become visible again.

How do layout developers publish plots on LandVera?

Choose private inventory or a live-map request. Private inventory needs no field survey. For live maps, submit CAD and the approved plan PDF, collect field survey controls and checkpoints, and complete alignment, approval-document review and developer inventory acceptance before publication. Fieldwork and mapping are quoted separately from the Developer subscription.

What files are required to submit a layout for digitisation?

A live-map request needs the original drawing and signed approved layout PDF. Collected field survey points and a survey report are mandatory before publication. Private inventory can start from plot records without CAD or a field survey. DWG and paper plans may require drawing conversion within the agreed scope.

Does map plot availability replace legal verification?

No. Live layout maps help you see inventory and location context, but you must still verify title, encumbrance, and approvals with official records before paying any advance. Use the LandVera plot check for a records summary before you pay an advance.

What is the difference between digitised old layouts and new approved layouts?

Digitised old layouts recover legacy colonies from historical CAD or paper plans. New approved layouts are fresh township masterplans authored and published with current DTCP or CRDA approval and live sales inventory.
